The Tata Curvv has been in the spotlight The Tata Curvv has been in the limelight for quite some time, especially considering the vehicle’s design, which is a first for the segment. The Tata Curvv has also attracted attention in terms of powertrains, as the SUV is offered in both ICE form and fully electric.

Tata officially unveiled the Curvv ICE and EV variants a few days ago, and the production-spec SUV shares many aspects with the Nexon. The headlamps and DRL design and the entire front give the Curvv a Nexon family theme. But up to now, Tata has kept the interior of the Curvv a secret.

Tata Curvv:Power and Performance


The Tata Curvv comes with several powertrain choices, such as internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric vehicle (EV) versions. The ICE option features a 1.2L turbo-petrol engine producing 125 PS of power and 225 Nm of torque. The EV model includes a cutting-edge electric motor that can travel 400-500 km on one charge, enabling fast charging for convenient long trips.

Tata Curvv :Interior and Features

The Tata Curvv has many similarities with the Nexon, borrowing some design elements from the Harrier and Safari. The touch-sensitive controls on the steering wheel and the illuminated Tata logo are directly taken from the Harrier. The air conditioning system controls in the Nexon are touch-sensitive like before, and the entire dashboard has a distinctive textured design.

The 12.3-inch infotainment system is the same as the one available with the top-spec Nexon variants. The device is equipped with GPS, Bluetooth for connecting smartphones wirelessly, and JBL speakers including a subwoofer. Additional features will consist of a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster, power-operated, and ventilated seats, among other amenities .Safety will remain a top focus, with all of Tata’s SUVs, including their electric models, achieving top-notch five-star safety ratings. The Tata Curvv will come equipped with 6 airbags as basic, along with ABS with EBD, stability control, ISOFIX child seat anchors, tyre-pressure sensors, electronic parking brake, reversing cameras and parking sensors, and ADAS Level 2.
